Singer Davido is staying true to his words of ensuring transparency and accountability with the 250 million naira crowdfunding that he donated to orphanages across the country.
The singer today announced that the application has begun and is open for only registered orphanages in Nigeria. The article also highlights how orphanages can apply to enable them to benefit from the N250m fund. According to the singer, only government-approved orphanages can apply for the fund. Recall that the singer gathered the fund after he asked his friends and fans to donate N1m each to him for his birthday. He got 200 million naira in donations and added the sum of 50 million naira donating everything to orphanages across the country.
